Qualification and Experience:
General Manager (Finance) ->
(1) Graduate Degree with a pass in the Final examination of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India / Institute of Cost & Works Accounts of India.
(2) Minimum 20 Years Professional Experience.
Deputy General Manager (HR) ->
(1) Graduate Degree in any discipline with PG Degree / Two year PG Diploma in Labour & Social Welfare or Labour Studies or PM & IR or HR Management or MBA with Personnel Management awarded by recognized Universities / Institutes registered with AICTE with not less than 50% marks in qualifying examination.
(2) Should have at least 15 years post qualification experience.
Deputy General Manager (Technical) ->
(1) Engineering Graduate in Mechanical / Marine / Electrical /Electronics Engineering or Naval Architecture / Civil Engg (with PG Degree/Diploma in Naval Architecture) from a recognized University with an aggregate of not less than 55% of marks in qualifying exam.
(2) Minimum 15 years post qualification experience.
