Educational Qualification and Experience:
Scientist - D (Programming) -> BE/B.Tech in Computer Science/ Information Technology from a recognized university with 10 years of experience in ASP.NET, SQL Server, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and C#/VB.NET after obtaining the bachelor’s degree, out of which at least 2 years in a managerial position to handle R&D projects in a team effectively in a directing capacity. (OR) First class Master’s degree in Computer Science/ Computer Applications/ Information Technology from a recognized university with 8 years of experience in ASP.NET, SQL Server, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and C#/V B.NET after obtaining the Master’s degree, out of which at least 2 years in a managerial position to handle R&D projects in a team effectively in a directing capacity. (OR) Second class Master’s degree + PhD in Computer science/ Computer applications/ Information technology from a recognized university with 8 years of experience in ASP.NET, SQL Server, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and C#/V B.NET after obtaining the essential qualifications, out of which at least 2 years in a managerial position to handle R&D projects in a team effectively in a directing capacity.
Scientist ‘C’ (Immunology) -> Post graduate degree (MD/DNB) with one year R&D/teaching experience or Postgraduate diploma in Immunology/ Biotechnology/ Molecular Biology with two years R&D/teaching experience in the required subject from recognized University. (OR) MBBS degree recognized by MCI with 4 years R&D/Teaching experience in Immunology/ Biotechnology/ Molecular Biology after MBBS Degree (OR) First class Master’s degree in Immunology/ Biotechnology/ Molecular Biology from a recognized University with 4 years R&D/ teaching experience in the relevant subject after 1st Class Master’s Degree (OR) Second class M.Sc. + Ph.D degree in Immunology/ Biotechnology/ Molecular Biology from a recognized University with 4 years R&D/teaching experience in the relevant subject after M.Sc. + Ph.D.
Scientist ‘B’ (Immunology) -> MBBS recognized by MCI with 2 years experience in the field of Immunology/ Biotechnology/ Molecular Biology (OR) 1st class Master’s degree in Immunology/ Biotechnology/ Molecular Biology from a recognized University (OR) 2nd class M.Sc. + Ph.D degree in Immunology/ Biotechnology/ Molecular Biology from a recognized University.
Scientist 'B' -> First Class Master’s degree in Statistics from a recognized university. (OR) Second class M.Sc.in Statistics + Ph.D. in Statistics from a recognized University.

National Institute for Research in Tuberculosis (NIRT) Chennai invites applications for the post of X-Ray Technologist and Field Supervisor on contract basis, in the non-institutional ad-hoc project titled 'Targeted Intervention to expand and strengthen TB Control in tribal population and Strengthening implementation and operational research under RNTCP in India' implemented by this Institute. The Walk in iNterview will be held on 21st February 2017.
Qualifications:
X-ray Technologist ->
(1) 10+2 or equivalent examination passed with Science subjects from a recognized board; and
(2) Radiographer's/ X-ray Technologist course of minimum one year duration (including in-field training in diagnostic radiology) passed from a recognized institution.
Field Supervisor ->
(1) Graduate Degree from a recognised University.
(2) Desirable - Working experience in trial area. Degree/ Diploma in Public Health or equivalent. 2 years experience in National TB Program OR 2 years experience in field based Projects.
Walk in Interview Date and Venue: 21/02/2017 (Tuesday) held at District Tuberculosis Centre, Dahod Dist. (Civil Hospital) Gujarat.
