Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) invites Online Recruitment Drive from Male and Female Indian citizens for the combatised post of Assistant Sub-Inspector (Steno) in CRPF for filling up of vacancies, through online direct recruitment. The Online registration start from 27th March 2017 and close on 25th April 2017.
Education Qualification:
(1) Candidates must have passed Intermediate (Matric with Class 12th) (under 10+2 system) or equivalent examination from a board or university recognized by Central or State Government.
(2) Two or Three year Diploma certificate in technical education done after 10th class is not equivalent to intermediate (10+2).
Skill Test (On computer): Dictation : 10 minutes @ 80 words per minute, Transcription time - 50 minutes in English or 65 minutes in Hindi on computer.
Exam Fee: Male candidates belonging to General(UR) and OBC category are required to pay examination fee of ₹ 100/- only. The fee can be made through SBI Challan (Bank Challan other than SBI will not be accepted) / Net banking through any bank / Credit / Debit Card of any bank. No fee for All Women candidates and candidates belonging to SC, ST and Ex-Servicemen.

Possessing 02 years Industrial Training Institutes (ITI) certificate in Mechanic Motor Vehicle recognized by National or State Council for Vocational training or any other recognized institution and one year practical experience in the field of concerned trade OR National or State apprenticeship certificate in Mechanic Motor Vehicle Trade of three year duration from a recognized institution and one year practical experience in the field of concerned trade.
For all Tradesmen -> Minimum matriculation / Xth class pass or equivalent from a recognized Board, or university recognized by the Central or State Govt. Must be proficient and worked in respective trades.
Physical Standards:
(a) Height -> Male - 170 Cms, Female - 157 Cms.
b) Chest -> Unexpended - 80 Cms, Expended - Minimum Exp. 5 Cms. For Female - Not Applicable.
(c) Weight -> For Males and Females - Proportionate to height and age as per medical standards and Govt. instructions.
