Software Technology Parks of India (STPI), Chennai invites applications from the eligible candidates for filling up Group ‘B’ vacancies at STPI (Chennai) and in its sub-centres. The vacancies are proposed to be filled up by transfer (absorption) basis / direct recruitment on contract basis for a period of three years which is likely to be regularized/ extended/ terminated depending upon the performance of the candidate during contract service. Essential Qualifications and Experience:
(1) For Direct Recruits -> Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University with six years experience in the field of personnel/ administration/vigilance. (OR) Post Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University with four years experience in the field of personnel/administration/vigilance. (OR) MBA from recognized University with one year experience in the field of Personnel /Administration /Vigilance.
(2) For Transfer (absorption) -> Officers of the Central/ State Govt./ PSUs/ Autonomous Bodies. (i) Holding analogous post on regular basis (OR) Having five (5) years regular service in PB-2 [Rs. 9300-34800] with the Grade Pay of Rs. 4200/- and having experience in Administration/ Personnel/ Vigilance. (ii) Possessing qualification as prescribed for Direct Recruits.
