Qualification and Experience:
General Manager (Finance) ->
(1) CA/ICW, Additional qualification like F.C.S. / Associate Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India will be preferable.
(2) Minimum 20 years' experience in budgeting, corporate planning, financial management, accounting, procurement and contracting, tariff formulation and regulatory matters, internal audit, works account with computer application and programming, implementation of computerization programme in financial / accounting / store / personal management is desirable.
Company Secretary ->
(1) A graduate in any discipline from a recognized University and an Associate Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Must have a degree in law.
(2) Minimum 10 years' experience with at least one year as head of the company affairs function in a fairly large organization. Should have experience in dealing with secretarial works related to company affairs and legal affairs. Must have good communication and negotiations skills.
Manager (Finance) ->
(1) B.Com (Hons.)/ M.Com from recognized University with minimum 5 years experiences in mercantile accounting with computer knowledge in accounting package. OR Chartered Accountants (Inter)/ I.C.W.A. (Inter) from a recognized Institute with minimum 5 years' experience in mercantile accounting with computer knowledge in accounting package.
(2) Desirable: MBA (Finance)/ C.A. / I.C.W.A.
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)-cum-Company Secretary ->
(1) CA/ ICWA with F.C.S.
(2) Minimum 20 years of experience in budgeting, Corporate planning, Financial management, accounting, procurement and contracting, tariff formulation & regulatory matters, internal audit, works account, statutory functions of Company Secretary particularly in Central/ State owned Companies (preferably in Central/ State Power Utilities). Acquaintance with computer application, programming and implementation of computerization programme in financial/ accounting/ store/ personal management is desirable.
