Qualification and Experience:
Chief Manager (Accounts) -> Qualified Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India/ Cost Accountant from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India. Minimum 15 post qualification experience in Accounts Department of a PSU/large concerns preferably in mining & processing industry. Having exposure in the areas like Works Accounting, Project Accounting, Treasury Management, Taxation and finalization of Accounts. Should have due exposure in dealing with Statutory Authorities /Government Departments and should have worked in computerized environment.
Chief Supdt.(Elect.) / Supdt.(Elect.) -> Bachelor of Electrical Engineering with adequate computer knowledge from a University/recognized Institution. Minimum 15/12 years post qualification working experience preferably in mines/ mineral beneficiation/ cement/ chemical plants. VVVF Drives, D.C. speed controls through thyristor converters and PLC, control systems, H.T. & L.T. motors, switchgears, operation and maintenance of EHV upto 132 KV switchyards and sub-stations or similar fields.
Manager (Accounts) -> Qualified Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India/ Cost Accountant from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India. Minimum 12 post qualification experience in Accounts Department of a PSU/large concerns preferably in mining & processing industry. Having exposure in the areas like Works Accounting, Project Accounting, Treasury Management, Taxation and finalization of Accounts. Should have due exposure in dealing with Statutory Authorities /Government Departments and should have worked in computerized environment.
Addl. Controller of Stores -> Degree in any branch of Engineering with one year recognized Diploma in Materials Management OR Degree in any discipline with two years recognized PG Degree/ Diploma in Materials Management OR MBA with specialization in Materials Management. Minimum 09 years of post qualification experience in Stores/ Material Handling Department of a large concern.
Dy. Controller of Stores & Purchase -> Degree in any branch of Engineering with one year recognized Diploma in Materials Management OR Degree in any discipline with two years recognized PG Degree/ Diploma in Materials Management OR MBA with specialization in Materials Management. Minimum 06 years post qualification experience in Stores/ Material Handling Department of a large concern.
Assistant Manager (Medical Services) -> MBBS Degree recognized by Indian Medical Council with 02 years relevant experience in a reputed hospital. PG degree will be an added qualification.
Assistant Manager (Accounts) -> Qualified Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India/ Cost Accountant from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India. Minimum 02 years post qualification experience in Accounts Department of a PSU/large concerns preferably in mining & processing industry. Having exposure in areas like Works Accounting, Project Accounting, Treasury Management, Taxation and finalization of Accounts. Should have due exposure in dealing with Statutory Authorities /Government Departments and should have worked in computerized environment with knowledge of ORACLE.
Asstt. Controller of Stores & Purchase -> Degree in any branch of Engineering with one year recognized Diploma in Materials Management OR Degree in any discipline with two years recognized PG Degree/Diploma in Materials Management OR MBA with specialization in Materials Management. Minimum 02 years post qualification experience in Stores/Material Handling Department of a large concern.
Asstt. Security Officer -> Degree in any discipline from a recognized university. Candidate must have served in Defence / Paramilitary Forces for at least 18 years and should have served in the rank of Subedar/SI or equivalent. However, preference will be given to the candidates having relevant industrial security experience at least 05 years.
Management Trainee (Personnel) -> Degree in any discipline including that in Engineering and two years full time PG Degree/Diploma recognized by statutory authority/Central/State Govt. in Personnel Management, Labour/Social Welfare, Industrial Relations, Social Work, Social Behavioural Science, Training & Development OR MBA with specialization in Personnel Management OR MBA/PGPM with specialization in HRD/Training & Development.
Management Trainee (Accounts) -> Qualified Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India/ Cost Accountant from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India.
Management Trainee (Environmental Engineering) -> Degree in Environmental Engg. OR Degree in any other Branch of Engg./Ph.D in Organic/Inorganic Chemistry backed with a PG Diploma or full time Certificate Course in Environmental Engg. or Environmental Sciences from a University or recognized Institution.
Management Trainee (Control Research & Development) -> M.Sc. in Chemistry (Inorganic/Analytical) or M.Sc. Mineral Processing /BE Metallurgy /Chemical from a University or recognized Institution.
Fire Officer -> Passed SSC or equivalent and Diploma in Fire Fighting/Fire Safety (02 years course) from a recognized Institute/University with minimum 02 years relevant experience in fire services. Candidates should be fully conversant with the operation and maintenance of Fire Engines, Fire Pumps and other fire fighting equipments. Preference will be given to the candidates having Heavy Vehicle Driving Licence and knowing Telugu language.
Application Fee: ₹ 50/- is applicable only for General & OBC (NCL) candidates. SC/ST/PWD & Female candidates are exempted from payment of application fee. The Fee shall be deposited through "SBI Collect" available at UCIL website.
